Terraform Associate is the standard infrastructure-as-code credential, and the 004 revision tests Terraform 1.12. It covers the full working cycle — writing configuration, the plan/apply workflow, modules, state management and collaboration through HCP Terraform. It is a one-hour online-proctored exam, and it rewards people who have actually run Terraform against real infrastructure and had to fix state.
