Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Kwizza is operated by Adama Camara and Emi Motai, carrying on business as “Kwizza” in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (“Kwizza”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using Kwizza (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility & age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kwizza (16 in the European Economic Area and the UK). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Kwizza only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages; if you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Study material only: no professional advice or warranty
Kwizza is an independent study aid. Practice questions are AI-generated and original. They are not real exam questions, and Kwizza is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body or the organizations whose exams are referenced. Content is provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy or of any particular exam result, and it is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
1. The Service
Kwizza is an AI-powered study platform that generates original practice exams for educational purposes. Our questions are new material written to help you prepare: the AI creates them from publicly available knowledge such as official documentation, vendor exam guides, and other reputable subject sources. It does not reproduce, copy, or reuse the actual questions of any real certification exam. Kwizza is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, and its content should not be treated as an authoritative or official exam source.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Accounts
- Some features are available without an account. Signing in saves your progress across devices; paid plans unlock exam generation.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- One account per person. Automated or bot accounts are not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, spam, or overload the quiz generation API.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security measures.
- Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated quiz content without permission.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI models or prompts.
- Post, upload, or share actual questions from real exams (past papers, leaked questions, "brain dumps"), or any content you are under a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement not to disclose.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Quiz questions are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Questions are original study material. They are not copied from, and are not intended to reproduce, the actual questions of any real exam; any resemblance to a real exam question is coincidental.
- The AI draws on publicly available sources, such as official documentation and exam guides, to create new questions. It does not memorize or repeat proprietary exam content.
- Kwizza does not guarantee that content matches any official certification exam.
- AI content is a study aid only, not an authoritative or official source.
- We are not liable for exam outcomes based on use of the Service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. A Pro subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown to you at checkout, and each renewal is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or from the Stripe billing portal: cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial period. Refunds: we do not refund a charge because you changed your mind, with one exception. On the yearly plan, email us within 7 days of your first yearly charge and we will refund it in full, whether or not you used the Service. Monthly charges are not refunded. Cancelling is always available instead, and costs you nothing beyond the period you have already paid for. None of this limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law, and separately from any policy we will always put right a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a period in which the Service did not work as described. Price changes: we may change subscription prices, but a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will email registered subscribers at least 30 days before a new price takes effect on their renewal, so there is always time to cancel first. To cancel or to request a refund, email us at: support@kwizza.ca
7. Intellectual Property
The Kwizza platform, brand, design, and code are owned by us. Quiz content you generate may be used for personal study. You may not commercially redistribute bulk-generated content or replicate the Service. All third-party names, certification titles, and trademarks (such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the exams described; Kwizza does not display third-party logos. Kwizza is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by any of these organizations. Generated questions and explanations are owned by Kwizza to the extent permitted by law; you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. Section 8 describes what happens to the content you generate.
8. User-Generated Content
Quizzes you generate are private to your account and are there for your own study. Kwizza no longer publishes user-generated quizzes to other people: sharing was withdrawn on August 5, 2026, and no new content can be shared. Quizzes shared before that date remain publicly reachable, and the licence granted for them continues to apply — a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence for Kwizza to host, display, and distribute that content. You retain ownership of what you generate, and you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights. If you delete your account, your private quizzes are deleted with it; anything shared before the withdrawal date remains available, permanently de-linked from your identity. To have a previously shared quiz taken down, use the process in Section 15.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwizza and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada. If you are located outside Canada, local laws may also apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Reporting Inaccuracies & Copyright Takedowns
We take the originality and accuracy of our content seriously and act on reports promptly. If you believe a question is inaccurate, inappropriate, or resembles the content of a real certification exam, please tell us:
- Report a question: use the "Report" option on a question, or email us the quiz name and the question text. We review reports and remove or regenerate flagged content.
- Copyright takedown: if you are a rights holder (or their authorized agent) and believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, including any resemblance to proprietary exam content, send us a written notice. We will investigate promptly and remove infringing material where warranted.
- Your notice should include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the specific location of the material (quiz name, exam number, and the question); (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
- We remove content confirmed to be infringing, respond to valid notices within a reasonable timeframe, and may suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
