Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

By accessing or using Kwizza ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Kwizza is an AI-powered study platform that generates original practice exams for educational purposes. Our questions are novel material written to help you prepare: the AI synthesizes them from publicly available knowledge — official documentation, vendor exam guides, community forums, and other reputable subject sources — and does not reproduce, copy, or reuse the actual questions from any real certification exam. Kwizza is an independent study aid; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, and content should not be treated as an authoritative or official exam source.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Accounts

  • Some features are available without an account. Signing in unlocks synced progress and generation.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • One account per person. Automated or bot accounts are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, spam, or overload the quiz generation API.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security measures.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
  • Resell or commercially redistribute generated quiz content without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI models or prompts.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Quiz questions are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • Questions are original study material. They are not copied from, and are not intended to reproduce, the actual questions of any real exam; any resemblance to a real exam question is coincidental.
  • The AI draws on publicly available sources — official documentation, exam guides, community forums, and popular subject resources — to create novel questions; it does not memorize or regurgitate proprietary exam content.
  • Kwizza does not guarantee that content matches any official certification exam.
  • AI content is a study aid only — not an authoritative or official source.
  • We are not liable for exam outcomes based on use of the Service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to the pricing shown at checkout. You may cancel anytime from your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — for refund requests, email us within 7 days of a charge at: support@kwizza.ca

7. Intellectual Property

The Kwizza platform, brand, design, and code are owned by us. Quiz content you generate may be used for personal study. You may not commercially redistribute bulk-generated content or replicate the Service. All third-party names, certifications, logos, and trademarks — such as AWS, Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and others — are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive reference. Kwizza is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by any of these organizations.

8. User-Generated Content

When you share a quiz to the community library, you grant Kwizza a non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users. You retain ownership. You are responsible for ensuring content you share does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwizza and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada. If you are located outside Canada, local laws may also apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
